ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file separate writ petition challenging the notice. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the notice by way of separate writ petition. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
