This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking permission to pay a sum of Rs.372.50/- as Court fee instead of Rs.1,49,372.50/- and exempt from paying a sum of Rs.1,49,000/- as Court fee in the above appeal.

2.When the matter came for hearing on 12.09.2022, this Court directed the petitioners to file better affidavit and adjourned the matter by a week, at request of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.Today, it is seen that the petitioners have not filed any application giving reasons for exemption of Court fee.

In the present affidavit filed in support of this petition also, there is no reason specified seeking exemption of Court fee.

4.In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
