The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 21.10.2015 in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner herein lodged complaint as against one Mohammed Ali Emamm and his friends stating that they have assaulted the petitioner on 18.10.2015. Since no action has been taken on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he has come forward with the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed.

4. In view of the same, since the complaint was already enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the present criminal original petition is dismissed.
