O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.10.2015 according to law.
2. The petitioner's husband is working as a pastor in the Church. The petitioner's husband bought some land from one
Mr.Rajkumar and they also constructed a house in the said land. The said Rajkumar, his wife Hema Rajkumar and his son Ronald Stephen gave trouble to the petitioner and her husband. The said Rajkumar kidnapped the petitioner and her husband and compelled them to sign in blank papers. As the petitioner and her husband refused to sign in blank papers, they were beaten by the said Rajkumar. And on 24.08.2015 at about 1.00 a.m., the said Rajkumar along with 10 unknown persons came and locked the doors of the petitioner's house and threatened the petitioners with dire consequences and they demolished the petitioner's house with the help of JCB. Immediately, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police. But no action was taken till date. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner was convicted on the complaint lodged by the counter petitioner Rajkumar in C.C.No.220 of 2011 and after the said conviction, the present complaint has been lodged by the petitioner.
5. In view of the submissions made on either side, as the complaint lodged by the petitioner is pending with the first respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.10.2015 and to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
