The petitioner made a representation on 15.09.2014 seeking to transfer the name in the patta in Survey No.199/4B to an extent of 0.35 ares situated in Kaniyamoor Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District. On receipt of the representation of the petitioner, the respondent no.1 has directed the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action. As no further action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner with the respondent no.2, as seen from the proceedings of the respondent no.1 dated 22.09.2014, the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and 3rd party, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
