(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time of 15 days for the petitioner to surrender before the Principal District Sessions Judge,Vellore and direct the said court to consider the bail petition of the petitioner on the very same day in Crime No.58 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.11341 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted (*) direction to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11341 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.
3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
