survey and correct the FMB sketch of the Petitioner's land in S.Nos.429/1A1 (0-2.60 Hectares) and 429/1A2 (0-64.40 Hectares), situated at Mukkalam Revenue Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District, with help of 4th respondent and based on his applications dated 05.01.2026 and 06.01.2026 respectively.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the properties, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online applications, dated 06.01.2026, with the assistance of the 4th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and also to correct the FMB sketch of the petitioner's land based on his representation dated 05.01.2026.

2. The petitioner had submitted two applications through on-line on 06.01.2026 to survey and demarcate his properties. Since the same was not

considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 7 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 5 to 7, the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the respondents 5 to 7, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the respondents 2 and 3, the 4th respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.

(d) After completion of survey and demarcation of the boundaries, the request of the petitioner for correction of the FMB scketch shall also be considered by the respondents 1 to 3, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

(e) There shall be no order as to costs.
