ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.03.2020.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the FIR has been registered in Crime No.87 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC as against the accused persons.

3.Heard Mr.R.Sreerangan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
