The petitioner is a Power of Attorney, who acted on behalf of Y.Srinivasan, as an agent and filed the Writ Petition, challenging the impugned order of the 3rd respondent Tamil Nadu Housing Board finalising the allotment of HIG/Twin House/No.315 at Ellis Nagar, Madurai in Lr.No.RII/7572/85 dated 19.03.2001.

Though the petitioner got allotment letter on 02.11.1987, only on 01.12.1988, he was put in possession of the said property. Though the Power Agent filed a Writ Petition in the year 2004, now, the learned Counsel appearing for the Housing Board submitted before this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, entire amount has been paid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
by the allottee, a Sale Deed was executed in favour of the allottee and the documents were also handed over to the allottee.
