O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2015.

2. The petitioner herein is a shop owner, lodged a complaint on 06.11.2015 against his adjacent shop owner one K.Abbas who was doing stationery business and is now selling fire crackers, alleging that the entire shop was dumped with large quantity of crackers violating the 3rd respondent orders. In fact, the 2nd respondent allowed the vendor to stock only 450 sq.ft., but the vendor stocked the entire premises of 2000 sq.ft. Thus, the counter petitioner violated the fire licence norms. The petitioner being the next shop owner, lodged the said complaint with the 2nd respondent herein about the danger. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Till date, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is of the opinion that it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent police to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2015 and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
