Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to consider the representation of petitioner dated 05.06.2012 and to dispose of the same within time stipulated by this Court with a further direction to retrieve Government lands, Innam lands, Cart Track, Thrashing Floor and water channel and pass appropriate order.
