This petition is filed seeking interim direction to the first respondent to keep one post of Private Secretary, vacant and reserved for the petitioner for panel year 2016-2017, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

2. The interim direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted at this stage, as the issue involved in the present petition can be decided only at the time of final disposal of main writ petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
