This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on the representation dated 03.11.2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner is an accused in Crime No.131/2015 before the CCB, Chennai for the alleged offence under sections 420, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 120(B) IPC and no complaint is pending with the respondent police, namely, The Inspector of Police, CCB Land Grabbing Cell, Tiruvallur.
