ORDER

The writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the representation made by the writ petitioner on 16.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The representation states that the third respondent was wrongly appointed as Hereditary Trustee. The representation also makes certain allegations.

4. Firstly, it can be seen that the third respondent was appointed as Hereditary Trustee as early as in the year 2016. If his appointment is incorrect or the third respondent ought not to have been appointed, then the writ petitioner ought to have challenged the appointment in the manner known to law. Even now, if the writ petitioner has got any other

legal remedy, it will be open to the petitioner to move for the same. If it is the case of the petitioner that after appointment as Hereditary Trustee, the third respondent has indulged in any misconduct, then specific allegations have to be made in that regard in the representation

5. Ms.V.S.Usha Rani learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent would submit that already a similar writ petition was filed in W.P No.2044 of 2025 and thereafter it was withdrawn.

6. Be that as it may, keeping open the remedy of the petitioner to take such steps as may be permissible in law as delineated above, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 21-04-2025 gpa
