ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one Prasanna Venkatesh, Roy, Satheesh and Hariharasudhan, the respondents are calling the petitioner frequently and harassing the petitioner under the guise of investigation and thus prayed for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been lodged against this petitioner for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 IPC and since the complaint is pending with the second respondent, the petitioner is called for enquiry and only inorder to avoid enquiry, the petitioner has filed this petition.

4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondents police are directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
