ORDER
The instant writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to revoke the order of suspension dated 12.09.2024, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2025.
The case of the petitioner is that, he was placed under suspension vide order dated 12.09.2024, for the allegation of accepting a bribe of Rs.40,000/-. Aggrieved by the same, he sent representation to the first respondent dated 08.04.2025, and the same is pending. Hence the writ petition.

Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2025 within a reasonable time.

In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2025 and pass orders on
it's own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
In the result, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
