Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the order passed in Ref.Ka.No.1439/2015/Eva A1 dated 22.07.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to put up the hoardings as per the licence granted in favour of the petitioner by the 1st respondent in proceedings L.No.1/2013/C2 dated 17.01.2013 as it will be valid upto 31.03.2016.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, states that he is more concerned with number of hoardings which are yet to be removed and he would like to know the reason why these hoardings are not being removed, while the petitioner's hoardings have been selectively removed.

2.The aforesaid being the position, that is not encompassed in the present writ petition and the petitioner can make a representation in that behalf, which would actually be expected to be replied to within a reasonable time by the concerned authority, so that the petitioner is aware of the reasons.

3.Writ Petition stands dismissed with the aforesaid observtion. No costs.
