ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and thereby direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's property.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in New Survey No.74/6A, Old patta No.95, Karaimedu , Cuddalore. Since the petitioner wants to put a compound wall in his property, he has made a representation before the 3rd respondent to survey the property. But, the same has not been considered, so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2021 is pending with the 3rd respondent/Tahsildar, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the other interested persons, if any, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
