This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police on the st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.M.P.No.17204 of 2024 dated on 05.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27478 of 2024 dated on 30.10.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition st imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the 1 Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
