(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass suitable orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2015 within a time frame.

Mr. Sathyanarayana Prasad, learned counsel, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 08.01.2015, in accordance with law and on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
