ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a limited prayer to issue a direction to the respondent to dispose of the pending representations dated 6.4.2016 and 25.9.2017, wherein the petitioner has requested to pay the salary for 169 leave days between 11.12.2013 and 13.11.2016, which he is eligible. Since the said representations have not been disposed of, he has been advised to come to this Court under Article 226.

2. Mr.ERA.Premnath, learned Government Advocate, taking notice on behalf of the respondent, sought four weeks time to consider the pending representations made by the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the respondent is hereby directed to consider the pending representations of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.4.2016 and 25.09.2017 on merit and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
