ORDER

The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking appropriate direction to the second respondent to register the sale deeds in P.Nos.94 and 95 of 2015, which have been presented on 5.3.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry is pending as contemplated under Rules 54 and 71 of the Pondicherry Registration Rules. Based upon the orders to be passed, appropriate action would be taken.

3. Considering the said submission, the second respondent is directed to conclude the pending enquiry against the above said two documents, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
