ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who were arrested on 29.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,385 and 506(1) of I.P.C r/w 120 B of I.P.C in Crime No.552 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant involved in a social work, the petitioner and others came in a motor-cycle and insisted the defacto complainant to speak to Madurai Bala, who is a rowdy element in the area. Thereafter, the petitioner and others threatened the defacto complainant and demanded money from him. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate submits that petitioner is involved in serious nature of offence and there is one previous case pending against the petitioner under section 307 of I.P.C. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners and there is one previous case pending against the petitioner under section 307 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of I.P.C, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
