ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the entire records in pursuant to STC.No.384 of 2020 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court Ranipet and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial has completed and the matter is reserved for judgment. Considering the above, the Trial has already been completed. Hence, I am not inclined to allow this petition. However, considering the age of the petitioner, his personal appearance is ordered to be dispensed with.

3. In the result, this petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
