ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate police protection to the employees as well as the machinery of the petitioner society for laying the pipeline beneath the earth in the lands comprised in S.Nos. 137/1F1, 137/1F2, 137/8 and adjacent lands situate in Solasiramani village, Paramathy Velur Taluk, Namakkal District, in compliance with the G.O.No.307 Public Works (N1) Department dated 15.12.2020 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition,
the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein, dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
