ORDER
The writ petition had been filed seeking direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith furnish to the petitioner the proceedings of its Tender Acceptance Committee Meeting held on 23.04.2019 and the reasons for holding the petitioner as unsuccessful tenderer in the Tender for processing of Uniform Cloth under Free Supply f Uniform Scheme for the Academic Year 2019-2020.
2.The only grievance of the writ petitioner is that the reasons for holding the petitioner as unsuccessful tenderer in the tender for processing of uniform cloth under free supply of Uniform Scheme for academic year 2019-2020 had not been disclosed.
3.Mr.V.Kathirvelu, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2. It had been stated that the reasons for ineligibility of the tenderer particularly of the present petitioner had been put up in the notice board. The signatures in the notice of the various officials show that they have signed on 25.04.2019. The notice is bearing serial No.2019-20/U.Process/003. Though the date is not given, month and year have been given. The reasons why the petitioner is ineligible are also given. In view of this fact, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, no Costs, however, giving liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the given reasons for his ineligibility as stated by the respondents herein. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
