O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the third respondent from constructing any storage room by blocking the pathway/water channel leading to Theepanchankuttai adjacent to Survey No.13/35 situated at Vaeliyanthal Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District..

2.Heard Ms.M.Sudha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.N.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the storage room was already constructed in the alternative area and the second respondent has no proposal to construct storage room in S.No.13/35 of Vaeliyanthal Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District. Further, he has also produced the letter of the second respondent dated 28.01.2018, for perusal of this Court.

4. In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
