The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from putting up the bus shelter in front of the petitioner's property situate in Door Nos.404-A & B in T.S.No.11/42/1A/2/1, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore-641 043. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the present Writ Petition, the bus shelter proposed in the place in question, has been shifted to some other place.
