The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.10.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. The petitioner herein lodged complaint as against one Seethalakshmi on account of money dispute. Since no action has been taken on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, she has come forward with the present petition.
3.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on enquiry, the complaint was closed advising the parties to approach the civil court to work out the remedy.

4.In view of the same, since the complaint was already enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the present criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
