ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 25.03.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 25.03.2026, to conduct necessary enquiry and issue joint patta in favour of the legal heirs comprised in Survey Nos.385/2, 384/1G, 385/13, 385/6B1 situated at Kerakodahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District and consequently, to issue separate patta in respect of the petitioner's share. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's application dated 25.03.2026. will be considered within a period of six weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 25.03.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
