Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in the Notification No. 34/2023, dated 01.03.2023, published by the respondent and to quash the impugned conditions under 9A(b) and (B) "note" in the said notification and the consequential ROC.No.27187-A/2020/JRC, dated 27.03.2023 issued by the respondent and further direct the respondent to formulate question paper in the regional language, namely Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.

(Made by C.SARAVANAN, J.) The Writ Petition filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned communication of the respondent herein cannot be entertained, as the exams are scheduled to be held on 03.06.2023.

2. The impugned order dated 27.03.2023 has been challenged only on 03.05.2023. Thus, this Court is of the view that any Order at this stage will derail the entire recruitment process. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
