..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Patta transfer online application No. 2026/ 0103/ 05/ 009827 dated 30.03.2026 by conducting necessary enquiry and transfer the patta of survey No.384/1A situated at Kerakodahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri district and consequently issue separate patta in respect of the petitioner's share.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 30.03.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 30.03.2026 to transfer the patta on his favour in respect of the property in Survey No. 384/1A situated at Kerakodahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.M.Senthamizh Selvan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's application dated 30.03.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case,

directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 30.03.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
