Challenging the order passed by the Assistant Collector-cumExecutive Magistrate, Pondicherry under Section 144 CrPC in M.C.No.56/GELS/2019 dated 11.04.2019, the present Criminal Revision Petition is filed.

2. Heard Mr.V.Sivalingam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Balamurugane, learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) for the respondents.

3. On reading the impugned order, it is seen that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prohibitory orders were passed by the Executive Magistrate, Pondicherry prohibiting the petitioner from entering into Puducherry for a period of two months from 11.04.2019 and the said period of two months has expired.
