O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order dated 30.01.2015 on the file of the third respondent whereby and where under, he was not permitted to retire on account of pendency of proceedings initiated under Motor Vehicles Act.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 05.3.2015 on the file of Executive Engineer, Nandanam, Chennai - 600 035 whereby and where under the petitioner is permitted to retire from service with effect from 30.01.2015 on attaining the age of superannuation.

3. In view of the order dated 05.3.2015, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
