ORDER

The petitioner was the defendant in O.S.No.135 of 1985, which suit was filed before the District Munsif, Thuraiyur, seeking partition and separate possession. A preliminary decree was passed on 07.11.1995. The petitioner filed A.S.No.62 of 1995. That was allowed by the first Appellate Court by judgment dated 26.09.1996. Thereafter, the plaintiffs filed S.A.No.1756 of 1997, which was dismissed on 02.08.2011. Thereafter, the petitioner initiated proceedings before Revenue Authorities and it has been held that the sale executed by the plaintiff in the suit to the disadvantage of the petitioner bearing document Nos.1465/95, 1800/2014, 1801/2014, 1802/2014, 2095 and 2096 of 2014 have to be annulled. Accordingly, an order was passed by the first respondent directing further steps to be initiated by the Sub Registrar with respect to annulment of the sale deeds. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner had given a representation on 10.05.1999 to the District Registrar Office, Ariyalur and a copy was marked to the Sub Registrar, Uppiliyapuram, Thuraiyur Taluk, Ariyalur District.

2. Heard, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. A direction is given to the second respondent to examine the representation dated 10.05.2019 and also examine the entire records given by the petitioner herein and after issuing notice to the petitioner and also to any other person, who is interested, and after giving opportunity to all necessary parties to pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
