ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The learned

Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.08/2020-21 dated 13.01.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to sanction the personal pay of Rs.750/- to the petitioner notionally with effect from 01.01.2006 and monetary benefits with effect from 01.01.2011 as per G.O.Ms.No.23 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 12.01.2011. 3.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 4.

The writ petition is squarely covered by the earlier orders passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P(MD) No.19240 of 2014, dated 02.01.2018 and W.P.(MD)No.16801 of 2015, dated 11.02.2020. Since the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the earlier orders of this Court, this writ petition stands allowed and the respondents are directed to sanction the personal pay of Rs.750/- to the petitioner notionally with effect from 01.01.2006 and monetary benefits with effect from 01.01.2011 as per G.O.Ms.No.23 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 12.01.2011, within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
