This miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.5(a) of the order dated 27.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.

Nos.5589 & 5591 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.549 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It seems that the order of this Court dated 27.04.2022 has not been complied with and hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the aforementioned condition.

Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

4.At the request of both sides, the above revision is adjourned.
