When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the petitioner has written the sixth,seventh and eighth semester examinations and the results of the same were published and the original mark sheets pertaining to the sixth, seventh and eighth semester will be given to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
