ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to entrust the case to some other senior police officer in the appropriate rank to conduct further investigation in respect of Crime No.339 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent-police.
The respondent police have filed counter affidavit and this Court has perused the case diary and found that the enquiry is going on in the right line and therefore, there is no necessity, at this juncture, to entrust the case to some other senior officer, as prayed for by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
