ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 14.12.2024, in accordance with law and issue Patta in favour of the petitioner for the property comprised in Survey No.13/B, for an extent of 3 1⁄4 Cents, situated at Devapandalam Village, Kallakurichi District.

3. After submitting for a brief while the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they shall take out an online application for Patta and that the same may be considered, to which the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that if an online application is made the same would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is open to the 2/4

petitioner to take out an online application for issuance of patta. If any such application is taken out the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. No costs.
