ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of the property situated at Survey No.65/7, Vadamalaiyanoor Village, Tirukoilur Taluk, Villupuram, patta has been wrongly given in favour of respondents 3 and

4. The petitioner gave a representation on 20.12.2013. As the same has not been disposed of by the second respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, the petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation dated 20.12.2013 along with a copy of this order to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 20.12.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
