ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 27.03.2025 and issue Online Patta in favour of the Petitioner after mentioning the measurement as 440 Sq.mt., instead of 372 sq.mt., as already corrected in the Manual Patta No.225 for the property comprised in Natham Survey No.250/1, New Survey No.426/10, for an extent of 440 sq.mt., (4860 Sq.ft), situtated at Mudichur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

3. After submitting for a brief while the learned counsel for the petitioner 2/5

would submit that they shall take out an online application for Patta and that the same may be considered, to which the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that if an online application is made the same would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to take out an online application for issuance of patta. If any such application is taken out the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. No costs.
