When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Udumalaipet, in C.C.No.32 of 2017 in connection with Crime No.183 of 2016 vide order dated 16.05.2024.

2. Recording the same, this Court is of the considered view that nothing survives for further adjudication.

Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
