PRAYER : This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to enforce the order passed in C.M.P.No.1597 of 2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, Consequently the respondent to expedite the investigation in a time bound manner.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to enforce the order made in C.M.P.No.1597 of 2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, consequently direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in a time bound manner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the direction of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem in C.M.P.No.1597 of 2021 has been filed complied with and case has been registered in Crime No.342 of 2021 against Jothikumar and others for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 463, 464, 465, 471 and 506(ii) IPC.

investigation in this case and file a final report within a period of six months from today.
