Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandmus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to order reaudit the petitioner society for the year 2011-2012 under Section 80(8) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.

The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandmus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to order re-audit the petitioner's society for the year 2011-2012 under Section 80(8) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has become infructuous, in the light of the letter dated 17.04.2017 addressed to the learned Additional Government Advocate by the second respondent stating that re-audit was conducted on 10.04.2014 and re-auditing certificate was also issued on 25.11.2014
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection in recording the above said submission. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded.
4. In the view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infrucutous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
