A.No.682 of 2017 in TOS.No.16 of 2016 N.Sathish Kumar, J., This application is filed only to bring on record the applicants 2 to 4 as plaintiffs 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the sole plaintiff in the above TOS.

2. Since, the sole plaintiff had died, his legal heirs are necessary to be brought on record for effective decision of the "lis" between parties. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out and the amended plaint copy shall be filed on or before 20.02.2017.

4. Post the matter on 20.02.2017.
