(The case has been heard through video conference) Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been acquitted in C.C.No.156 of 2017 vide order dated 28.10.2020, pertaining to Crime No. 96 of 2015, on the file of the Vellampalayam Police Station. 2.In view of the above, the relief sought for in this petition becomes infructuous and this Criminal Original Petition stands closed accordingly.
