The petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned letter in C.No.Crime I(3)/963/13101/2020 dated 24.09.2021 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to register the document "Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds" presented by the Petitioner in P/Adyar/40/2023 pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner died.

3. In view of the demise of the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 14.02.2025 2/4
