2. On 06.10.2020 the HR&CE Department was granted liberty to dispose the representation pending this writ petition. Today Mr.M.Karthikeyan, learned Special Government Pleader would confirm that enquiry has been commenced and the Joint Commissioner has issued a notice to the petitioner calling upon him to attend his office on 23.11.2020.

3. Recording the aforesaid and since no further orders are required as mandamus sought for is achieved, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
