ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 307, 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.513 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant's son.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the injured is still in hospital and that there are 11 previous cases as against the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the injured is still in hospital and that there are 11 previous cases as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
